Know your cap size, take a tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your head, just above the eyebrows and ears, measuring to the nearest 1/8 of an inch. (Note: Using a friend or a mirror makes this a lot easier. Just make sure your friend isn't sporting a camera – what an embarrassing shot that'd be.) Divide the measurement by Pi (3.14) to get your cap size. Don't like math, or can't track down new batteries for the calculator? Just use the chart to the left.
